We can help you proactively manage both your personal and your business tax issues, including understanding how upcoming business opportunities impact your tax status and vice versa. Not all tax planning opportunities are readily apparent. By having us on your team, you are more likely to benefit from those opportunities. We understand how the latest federal, state and local tax legislation and other developments affect you and your business and we are constantly identifying new ways to reduce federal, state or local tax liabilities.

Appointments

NEW DISCOUNT: $250 for fully paperless (utilizing SmartVault) return with 10 min Q&A phone call for SINGLE filer (includes- house/registration/charity/work-related deductions/ and stock sale/crypto). Optional mailed copy available for additional $20.

Fully paperless/online: This option utilizes SmartVault and does not require an in-person appointment.

• We will send you an invite to our client portal where you will create a password and upload your income and other source documents to SmartVault.
• Once you have completed uploading documents to SmartVault, you will request a time for your phone appointment at least 3 days out.
• In the phone appointment we will complete the interview and go over any questions.

Traditional/ in-person: New clients will be scheduled for a an in-person appointment. Bring all necessary income and source documents to your appointment at our office in Folsom.

Combination Appointment: This option will be available for your convenience and comfort. We offer mail-in, drop off, and phone combination options.
